CANCELLATION POLICY
At Studio Glow, we require a card on file for all bookings, though no charges will be made until the time of service unless there's a late cancellation. You may use another form of payment at checkout. Please provide a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Reschedules within 24 hours are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. We understand that life happens, so please inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee.
